Very interesting farmhouse near the lake. We stopped for lunch after a morning of work in the area and I must admit that one of the specialties, the Bisenzio burger made with first-class Viterbo beef, local smoked buffalo provolone, caramelized Tropea onions, mayonnaise with Extra Virgin oil of Olive del Bisenzio and potato chips is a dream come true on the plate and then on the palate.

We relied on reviews on Google to choose a place to have lunch. Unfortunately it turned out to be quite the opposite, I cannot give a positive opinion. We took the pappardelle with white wild boar ragout and they arrived practically raw, so much so that you couldn't even stir them up with a fork! Given the slow service we didn't even try to send them back. Honestly, it should have been pointed out. But my company didn't want to do it. My review is obviously partial, since we only took the first one. I hope it is constructive, to improve or at least if it was a case... to ensure that it never happens again.

Beautiful structure with ample parking. Tables located outdoors and also indoors with comfortable spaces. Homemade cuisine, genuine and very tasty. Quick and professional service. Owner of disarming courtesy and friendliness with a high sense of hospitality. Five couples used this establishment for lunch and we all had a happy impression, eating very well and paying a more than honest bill. It's a pleasure to eat in a restaurant like this, congratulations. You have the edge to stand out, it's a shame that you are so far from my home (we were on a trip), I would gladly repeat the experience. Marco Bastione.

Just got home after having lunch at this place. I can't wait to review our experience, unfortunately not a positive one. My daughter and I arrived after calling to find out if there was room for two and they made us sit at a table with 4 other people without asking us if we agreed. We asked for an appetizer to share and they arbitrarily brought us the great Bisenzio, a set of cheap and fatty cured meats accompanied by vegetables, an omelette and a kind of rustic cake that it was difficult to understand what was inside. Two supplì, ordered by us, which the chef could not set foot in Rome even though they were shameful to even present. Finally a cut, this good and well cooked thank God, with a portion of roast potatoes inedible due to the amount of pepper and a portion of tasteless and greasy chips that are horrifying. All washed down with a single bottle of still water. The waiter took away the plate of roast potatoes intact without even inquiring why, evidently he didn't need to ask because it shouldn't be the first time. Surely he couldn't have thought we were full. All for €50 for an appetizer left half done, 2 supplì, a cut, 2 side dishes left intact and a bottle of water. Never again! Food and service should be what you are interested in but of course there is not a single mention of both in your response because you know you can't argue anything about that. So I advise you not to venture into psychology since you have already done it in the restaurant industry and the results are decidedly terrible. We paid and were more than polite even though if we had gotten up and left no one would have been able to blame us so the person who has to live life better is you and in doing so try to do the job you have chosen with a minimum of respect for people, to starting from the palate. I won't know how to eat as you say but unfortunately I ate your cured meats and although my name and surname were fatty and cheap, perhaps you should choose your suppliers more carefully. His waiter arbitrarily chose to let us share the starter he thought was most appropriate, we only asked to split one starter. I won't be able to recognize the fennel probably because it was drowned in a sea of pepper. For the rest, if he had put the attention he put into this answer in the dining room and in the kitchen we would both have saved ourselves this terrible experience. Good work. If anything scholastic.
